Join D|C|CADD for dinner and a presentation on "Developing a BIM Project Execution Plan for your IPD" by Doug Williams of Perkins+Will.
Now that Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is becoming a relevant process in the A/E/C Industry, you need the tools necessary to guide you through creating a BIM Project Execution Plan for your projects. Doug will guide you through the process of establishing a plan that will serve as a road map to guide the design team in fully utilizing BIM to its maximum potential. The resulting document will define the appropriate uses of BIM for your Projects throughout its lifecycle. He will share his practical experience of creating a document that can ultimately serve as a template for all of your firms design projects. He will cover the tools and resources that were initially used to establish a plan that can complement and integrate with your contracts.
